SWIVEL

The Swivel is used to avoid twisting the hose when pumping fish from trawl or using vacuum system. Manufactured in size 8” to 20” with edge for clips/clips in both ends or clips/fitting for fish pump hose. The swivel works for all types of fishing (including sand eel).

Hose ADAPTER

Our new designed hose adapter is used for interconnection of the pump system. It is manufactured in seawater resistant aluminium. We have designed a robust hose adapter that can stand the pressure it's exposed to during fishing. We manufacture the hose adapter in size 10” to 20”.

RAIL BEND

Used when pumping fish onboard or unloading fish with the vacuum system. We manufacture the bend after customer request. The standard version is manufactured with 60 degrees and hangs in a crane over the rail.

Rubber clamp

The Rubber clamp is used to interconnect the pump system/hose when pumping fish onboard or unloading fish with the vacuum system. The rubber makes the interconnection very tight and leaks can therefore be avoided.
The clamp is designed and manufactured by us. The clamp is manufactured in 10” to 20" with quick connection or screw connection . (16"-20" in Alu).

Hose clamp

The hose clamp is used to connect the hose to a hose adapter. Because of its width, only one clamp is needed. Manufactured in stainless steel or sea water resistent aluminium. The clamp is manufactured in size 10” to 20”. For size 18"-20" we have a dubbel screw connection to make it easy to tighten the clamp properly.

Transitions

We create smooth transitions. Manufactured in sea water resistent aluminium. The transition is manufactured for interconnections between the sizes 10” to 20”, with 4" as a maximum difference.

Alu screw clAmp

The screw clamp is used when pumping fish from trawl. Manufactured in seawater resistant aluminium. The clamps "screw connection" is protected to avoid damaging the connection. The clamp is manufactured in size 10” to 20”.

Alu connector clamp

The connector clamp is used for interconnection of the pump system. Manufactured in seawater resistent aluminium and delivered with a lockable handle as standard. The clamp is made in size 10" to 20".

SPECIAL SOLUTION

We design and manufacture special solutions according to customer's requests.
